Sex is everywhere. We are either having it ourselves or know someone who is. But how much do we really know about sex toys and how much people use them? For instance, do you know when the first vibrator was used? No? Let me tell you. The first vibrator was used in a French asylum to treat “female hysteria.” I had no idea and I’m sure you didn’t either. By 1918 vibrators were available in the “Home Appliances” section of the Sears catalog. That’s 10 years before the electric iron and the electric vacuum. Shocking, right?
