Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise Reach Divorce Settlement

Yes, you read that headline right. I know what you’re thinking, “That has to be the quickest Hollywood divorce ever recorded!” It very well may be! According to Fox News, less than 2 weeks after Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, the soon to be exes have already reached a settlement. On Monday, the former flames released the following statement:

“We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri’s best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each others commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents.”

Multiple sources like The Huffington Post & E! have reported that Suri will live with her mother for the majority of the time in New York and will co-parent with Cruise. Though everything seems to be almost finalized with the divorce, the rumors of what drove this PDA filled couple apart are swirling, from religion to secret cell phones and Katie’s hidden friendship with Nicole Kidman.
