Day Six of my Diet

It’s day six of my diet and I’m still going strong. I also decided to quit drinking alcohol for a month so I don’t waste those precious cals. Not gonna lie, the fact that today is Cinco De Mayo is really killing me. In the weight loss contract that Harper, Tyler and I signed we promised to work out four days a week and today was my third day. If you want to get in shape for summer like I do, I’ve been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. So far so good – those push ups really get you. Well, wish me luck at the Cinco De Mayo party I’m going to tonight. I promised myself  I wouldn’t drink or eat any chips – this is gonna be rough! Hope you’re getting your bod in shape too!     Congrats on sticking with it Lucy! I’ve been in this situation many times and I would suggest taking a healthy snack to the party that you can eat so that you aren’t starving and staring at your friends downing chips and margaritas! When I do this, I’m less likely to cave. Good luck!
