Capture Your Love with the Morning After Your Wedding Photo

The latest wedding trend is called “The Morning After” photo. A photographer comes to your hotel room (or wherever you may be) and takes pictures of the intimate moments the morning after your wedding. This can include whatever you want. They will take photos of you hungover, snuggling with your new hubby, or even in the buff. Personally, I think having a stranger coming into your new life and capturing your most sacred moments with your new husband is a little awkward. What do you think? Will you get on board with the latest sexy wedding trend?

I read about this elsewhere and I think that it’s utterly fascinating and disturbing at the same time! I think a lot of it has to do with how our culture is so obsessed with sharing private parts of our lives via the internet, because let’s face it, if couples do this, they’re probably going to want to show off the pictures. It’s definitely a trend for those who are exhibitionists.

Instead of inviting a random third party, I think it would be more intimate (and a little sexier) to have the couple photograph one another. But that’s just me.

I have to agree, I think this new trend is not only awkward but a little creepy. I’m all for e-pics, trash the dress sessions and even boudoir photos as a private gift for your future hubby but I think this is going a little too far.

I do think that’s a little weird. It’s like the sex coach.. . We live in the age of smart phones; my digital cam has practically become obsolete. A few years ago I snap a pic very much like the one above and then made it black and white on the computer. You can have this pictures if you want, I just think you may not need a photographer to do so. Wouldn’t it break the magic, the bliss? And wouldn’t you be converting your special momment into a scene, a stage instead. It wouldn’t be so natural if you know a photographer is coming. You’ll be posing. So, use your htc-android-iphone instagram. Whatever makes it cute but snap that pic yourself :)
